First, I am NOT looking for recommendations (yet) or a discussion on attorneys
What I'm looking for is a reliable way to review Las Vegas attorneys on-line. I would just like to be able to check whether an attorney is ethical/reliable/knowledgable or not before I contact his/her office.
Does anyone know of a reputable reviewing organization that I can use on-line?

Your task is a common and difficult one in any community. The most common sources for online review of attorneys are (in alphabetical order): 1) Avvo; 2) Martindale Hubbell; and 3) Superlawyers.com. Two other prominent ratings sources are: 1) Chambers and Partners; and 2) Best Lawyers. All have websites and searchable directories. While good ratings from these sources makes less likely that you will have found a stinker for a lawyer, it is no guarantee.

You should also be able to go to the Nevada State Bar website and see if they have any disciplinary history with the Bar. You can also look and see if they've ever been sued as a defendant, use the Clark County Superior Court website for that.
