First off thanks for any info it is greatly appreciated! After striking out on multiple offers in the 032,031 and 130 zip codes we are yet again hunting for a home. We are currently eyeing a home in the NW section of the 89108 zip code just north of Alexander and near Rainbow. The schools in this part of the zip seem much better than the southern part of the zip. Any thoughts?

I love the hidden value in this zip code. What kind of deal did you get?

The closer you are to Centennial Hills, the better 89108 will be

I have a home in this zip code (Vegas-Decatur)

While some of the area is very questionable, some of it is still pretty nice.

Congrats on finding your home, sounds real nice, enjoy!

MomMom: I am so glad you said that; we just put an offer in on a house in that zip code. However, it is not as good a deal as raquet91 got.

Awesome sounds like were going to enjoy it there, nice to know we have a lot within walking distance too, we were initially looking in the 89130 zip but after loosing out on 4 offers we gave up and decided to look elsewhere.

A lot of homes right near 95 arent such good neighborhoods, the closer you get to Rainbow, the better you'll be
