I love great baked goods and was surprised to find Bon Breads, adjacent to Tommy Bahama but hidden in that little alley past MAC. They have IMHO the best bread I've found in this city. My favorite so far is the Parmesan Baguette, a huge loaf that is simply once of the very best savory breads I've ever had...it stays fresh on the counter for days, too. The term "artisan" is loosely used and abused in the food industry these days but these are true artisan breads. So few people seem to know about the Town Square storefront - try a loaf when you are in the area - I don't think you'll regret it.

Bon Breads fills all of Las Vegas with the best bread in town, extraordinary line of artisan breads, Bon Breads @ Town Square

I'll be sure to try it.

I have a two tips as well -- Jones Market at Spring Mtn and Jones sells abso-freakin-lutely awesome Russian bread for pennies. You can't go wrong buying bread here. The brown bread is is worth the drive. No matter where in the valley you're coming from.

Just a few doors down is a Vietnamese-French bakery. The name escapes me. l'elysees, I think. Anyway, this is another can't go wrong location. Great croissants. Almost as good as a Parisian boulangerie.
