Does that change your opinion?
I am assuming you mean a so called studio in a house (bad news), but I could be wrong. I need more info to make a correct assessment. I live in a studio apartment which of course has a private entrance. That would be fine. If you rent from a person, the house could be in foreclosure, they can limit your utilities, etc. Again, I need more info my friend.

Hey vegasdrunk. That person describes it first as just a bedroom. But they are changing it into a studio with a private walk entrance and there is a private shower.

That is what makes me like it A LOT. And i checked google maps and from that location, the bus which is the 202 bus takes just 20 minute to get to bellagio.

Yes its a studio in a house and not a studio apartment. Is that really bad?? I would figure it was okay since it has a private entrance??

This is from a person though...

Is there any way for anyone else to get into your living area and rob you blind?

Can you change the locks as a condition for renting?

If the answer to the former is yes and the latter is no, then I would decline.

It’s not a great area anymore. Still it may be just fine for you. There is a lot of robberies, vandalism and car thefts in the area. METRO has been using the parking garage at the Gold Coast for bait car stings with pretty good success in the last couple of months.

How much is the rent and does it include utilities? Is there a deposit required?

They just reenacted the OK Corral shootout on the 4th floor of the parking structure at the Rio as well. An anamoly perhaps(?)
