I found a place online where someone is renting a room there. I do know its near a bus line which is what i need. Is the homes around there pretty safe as in the neighborhood?

Seriously George, forget about renting a room. The area there is not bad at all, but you need your own place. Do not make the same mistakes I did, ok?

Your in my Hood! there is a bus that runs down flamingo, and connects at Terribles casino for the airport, you are 5 mins from the strip (2 mile walk) and your at Bellagio.

I think the area is pretty safe, but again, its only safe, until your robbed

Renting a room out isn't the best option as apartments are often time the same price, or even cheaper and you have your full privacy. I don't recommend areas on Flamingo that are anything east of rainbow.

Rising housing prices keep undesirables out of the neighborhood. Falling prices let them in.

Vegas drunk, I forgot to mention. This is actually a studio with a private entrance.

Does that change your opinion?
