I see lots of condos around Vegas available short term, but I don't see any at City Center. Are they usually only rented annually?

I looked there last summer for a short term rental. As I recall, Veer and Mandarin have rules prohibiting less than 1-year leases. But athe word I heard was that many landlords are willing to violate the rules. Unfortunately, I was not sufficiently connected to find such an owner. I ended up settling for a place at Meridian, and I also ended up very satisfied with that alternative.
