Maybe at Slots of fun, but that is about it. I noticed the table minimums have gone up in the last 6 months.

You might find video craps or video BJ with a $1 min, but no live games. I don't think you will find games lower than $3 downtown. Some locals casinos have $2 games. I don't think $1 games exist anywhere in LV, if they do, they will be in some low end locals casinos.

Slots of Fun has not had table games in a year or so.

Do they at least still have $1 mins during very slow hours still? My girlfriend is 30 and never gambled and i want to introduce her but she doesn't even know how to play a lot of games. That's expensive to learn live at $5 a POP.

There are no $1 minimums anywhere any time of day AFAIK. Sahara was last place with $1 table games that I knew of. You should be able to find $1 video BJ, video craps and video roulette which is probably a good place for a beginner to start.

It has been a while since I have been that far North on the strip. It is a shame since they always had a $1 blackjack table running.

Here are a couple options. They have 25 cent video blackjack at the Centrifuge inside the MGM. They also give you free drinks for playing it.
Also, New York New York has shoot to win craps that is always a $2 minimum. It is just like regular craps with 2 big dice. The only difference is you never handle the dice.

10-cent roullette at the Klondike. World's seediest casino, but yes, you can do it. I also saw that the casino in Jean (20 minutes outside of town) was advertising $1 craps yesterday.

Klondike has been closed for several years.

It is still open in Henderson. However, the OP says he is looking for somewhere on the strip.

That's the Klondike Sunset on Sunset Road. Different place. I believe the reference to 10-cent roulette was at the Klondike, the dive that used to be on Las Vegas Boulevard South, near Mandalay Bay. It definitely had a dime roulette game before it was put out of its misery and closed.
