Obviously a negative personality. They consider anything "dreary" when it's not hot and sunny every single day.

We had one this week I've never seen before. There was an air quality warning caused by the smoke from a fire 400 miles north. But not to worry. The smoke was blown away. Except it was blown out by the strong winds that created a dust storm. So now the air quality warning is for dust instead of smoke. We can't win for loosing.
