Well basically a poor job. The population numbers are that of the City of Las Vegas. But the facilities are not. Do they really believe that the Clark County Fire Dept services the City of Las Vegas?

I think it may be possible to separate NLV and Henderson...though not a good idea. But the City of Las Vegas and Clark County are simply too melded together to separate.
