A dinner at 6:00 reservation at Picasso's at the Bellagio is good- be sure to ask for a two top table at the window overlooking the dancing fountain. Place should just be opening, so staff will encourage you to take a walk about appreciating Picasso's works before being seated. Let them know WHY it's a SPECIAL, ROMANTIC event- LV servers LOVE making your dining experience a dream come true. We dine 5 star and I still hear about our dinner- and that was over 10 years ago! Truthfully, fine dining in Vegas is world class, 5 star FINE dining... just let the staff know you are up to something special and they will be on top of it. Most importantly, be sure to go with ATTITUDE... to ENJOY and RELAX!

If not the aforementioned, try Panevino on West Sunset between Giles & LVBLVD or the Tillerman on Flamingo at Eastern (good seafood).
