ElleTea does stand for LT, so its good.

A marinated portabello is pretty good, but messy.

Can you tell I'm just not into BBQs?

Then you have never been to the right BBQ. Call me up when you move here. I am not a fan of neighbors, but I do like friends.

I'll definitely hang out with you I've never liked potlucks or picnics or BBQs. Not even the ones I have had. I had a super fun cinco de mayo party one year with lots of great food I made and a pinata full of mini booze bottles. not sure if I'd bother to do that again even tho everyone had fun.

One of my neighbors is selling their house, The real estate agent was there taking photos today
(So it's not even ON the market yet)

It's a 3 bedroom, two bathroom single level house, with a small backyard, tile floors
and fireplace. I think they are looking around $120k for it, I assume it is close to my house in specs
it's located on a cul-de-sac.

Built 1987
Stucco
1383 Sq ft
In spring Valley (89103)

(this is from MY MLS listing)

DM me for real estate agent info

Jonathan
I think that you would make a good neighbor. I would pick your brain on how to get homeowner type things done.

Plus the street he lives on is quiet. And nicely kept up.

Agree! We are not talking soccer mom Q's! It's VEGAS!

What do you like to do, ElleTea? More loner type things? I like both, given the right situations! But, I won't know if the situation is right until I try it at least once! And it is obviously only my opinion!

I'm not anti-social, don't get me wrong. I just spent my growing up years at countless picnics, potlucks, and huge family dinners. It's not my thing. Eating in a park didn't appeal to me as a kid, and it really doesn't sound any better now. I was also a girl scount and cookouts were the thing I liked the least.

I like to go do stuff. Go out for margaritas. Go see a live band. Go to a movie. Have dinner on a restaurant patio. I also like to chill at home with the dogs.

I think I can find that stuff in Vegas, right?

LOL...yeah...you can probably find most anything in Las Vegas! I am not a fan of pot lucks...but I do like a good BBQ! Company and cooks can change both of those, though!

BBQs usually center around meats. I am vegetarian. So...

That being said I can make really good Mexican stuff.
