Was wondering how the rental market for a single family home in the older section of the Lakes might be.
Talking well maintained and partially updated home maybe about 1400 sq. ft. To me the market would be for a young couple with a larger dog that precludes them from renting a condo or TH. Or an older couple not wanting to deal with stairs, while wanting a more central location.

Any idea how rent-able such a property would be in the $1,100 sq. ft. range, should I decide to rent it? Or would a larger 1900 sq. ft two story up north in 89131 with 3 bedroom and a loft be more rent-able do you think for same money (but newer built in 2000 versus Lakes home built in 88) I know larger house would appeal more to family, but smaller closer in home might appeal to young couples wanting to be closer in and in a relatively nice area.
