Also, I'd love to see a copy of the last betting slip you cashed in.
Taking Charleston, especially near the medical center, at peak traffic times is a lot more potentially hazardous than driving on Summerlin Parkway.

And I sincerely appreciate your interest in my betting activity. I cashed one just this morning, as a matter of fact. But I forgot to make a copy for you.

Dangit! I haven't seen a winning betting slip in quite a while.

I also didn't mean to pick a fight in Biniorat's thread.

You must have a CCSD math education.

In order for the surface street route to be faster, you have to exceed (17 - 3.2)/19.1 of the average freeway speed on surface streets, or a little over 72%. So if I can average 70mph on the freeway, you have to average nearly 51mph all the way down Charleston for over 15 miles, including all the time you spend waiting at red lights going 0mph.

That's not going to happen.

People that drive an average of 70 mph on a hazardous freeway zoned at 65, and 51 on a street zoned for 45 (35 in some places) are the reason I avoid the freeway. I try to stay away from people like you.

I guess I actually learned something from those classrooms.

Have a nice day.

While we there recently I took Charleston twice from the freeway to Boulder.

Then I used Boulder to Tropicana to the freeway on the way back.

The next two times I made the drive I used Tropicana/Boulder both ways. I didn't find any synchronization with the lights on Charleston at all. I stopped more often than I did on Tropicana or Boulder.

It took me a bit longer, but my tension quotient was way lower.
