I like the solar powered SheaXero homes in Ardiente too but alas, I cannot meet the advanced age requirement.

If you are close to the age requirement the developer does have some flexibility. The age requirement is that the average is over 55.

I purchased one of the solar powered homes in Ardiente. It is nice watching the online monitor showing how many kWh it is generating. I am not sure it will work out financially but I feel good about it.

Uhhh no. The requirement is that one occupant of 80% of the homes be over 55. And if ever lost it cannot practically be regained.

I find that area to be preferable to the Northwest and a "no electric bill" home would be fantastic!
