Never dropped a call or had trouble finding a signal anywhere in the valley. I have an iphone 3GS manufactured for Europe if that makes any difference.

There's an app for that.

Or at least there should be.

Verizon is more expensive for a reason. Much more coverage than AT&T. I have AT&T and may experience a dropped call about 5 times a year. I can live with that. I have coworkers that stream Pandora radio from their phone all day. They have Verizon. I tried to stream a couple of times but it buffers every now and then.

It will only matter if you plan on using your cell as a hot spot.

How much data is that?

Anyway OP - I'm the guy that switches carriers based on who has the latest and greatest phone. I've had them all and AT&T is fine here in the SW. Sprint is okay as well. If speed counts say with Verizon.

Not sure but they never seem to be worried about using up their data. Maybe one or two of them supposedly has unlimited data. I thought Verizon got rid of their unlimited plans.

You can still have unlimited if you were grandfathered in under the old plan.

If you're with Verizon, the only way to keep unlimited data when you upgrade is to pay full retail price for the phone. If you want the subsidized price, your options are to switch to a tiered data plan or the new share everything plan. Share everything is the only option available for new customers.
