Thick rain here earlier that started around 8:15p.m. Was watching Fox5 news at 10pm and Stacy Donaldson said it was "groffel" or however they spell it that was actually falling from the sky. Whatever that is.

Just a little bit of rain here on the east side. 20 minutes, tops. It was "fat rain" -- if that makes any sense. But nothing resembling snow or even graupel.

Haha.

It is suppose to be -25 to -30 up here in Canada on xmas day. That is 60 degrees colder then your guys current lows

it is about -5 F here now today

35 F is warm.... t shirt and shorts weather for us. OK, the odd person stands out wearing shorts... last year my UPS delivery guy wore shorts on cool/colder days

But yes... I would rather be living in Las Vegas.

I'm sitting here waiting for a blizzard that is supposed to dump 9-12 inches of snow with 30-45mph winds and whiteout conditions. THAT is snow.

I will say though, I was in Vegas over this past weekend and it was pretty cold, even for me. Not Canada cold, but still cold

When I lived up in Oregon for a few years I got acclimated to the cold. For the last several winters however I've been wanting to move to S. FL to escape the cold. I could never handle the winters you guys have up there.

The weather here in Vegas is tropical for you.
