Where does Rampart turn into Durango, North of Lake Meade or Cheyenne?

South of Cheyenne is Rampart, north of it is Durango. South of Sahara Rampart becomes Fort Apache. But you can pick up all those streets again by going a little east. And Mead doesn't have an e on the end.

Dear God, why must that road change names so much? I tried to give my son directions to a business and told him to take a left at Lake Mead and Durango (totally forgetting the Rampart thing) and he got hopelessly lost in Summerlin.

Or is it the Pecos/McLeod Interchange that has you in a tizzy? I remember when the streets were ...oh ...no that was somewhere else. They've always been screwed up here.
