Hi All,
Asking from Chicago about a 2nd home in the Warm Springs area? Was told it was a good area by realtor and looked nicer than some other areas but was only visiting for a few days. Can seem to find anything on the net about the area can some locals please help?

Thanks!

Nice area, newer compared to most of Las Vegas, which means some areas are sparsely developed. Lots of shopping and it's safe and close to the Strip, but you'll often see a nice strip mall surrounded by empty desert. It's kind of weird in a way, but not a bad place by any means. You can definitely get your money's worth there.

Wheeeew Thanks! Put some money down on a townhouse there and looking to close soon. 2nd home for wife and newborn and we were looking for a place to stay to get away but also close enough to the strip.
