Just woke up from my bed and my cell shows 1 hour forward.

No news are reporting that change, vegassun, lvrj, fox 5.....
Vegassun and Fox 5 still shows on their website 1 hour backward.....
Called my friends this morning and nobody knows anything about time change.....
I predict many will come late today to work....

They aren't reporting the news today since they reported it for the past week telling you to spring forward. Now they aren't talking about it.

you can't depend on local news sites for anything, even to get the time right. You and your friends should watch the news more, at least dvr it.

Reporting one week in advance and not yesterday or today? really?
And who was reporting it anyway? Fox 5 and Vegassun still shows one hour backward on their websites.

I almost posted a reminder about this in the lounge but since there was so much coverage on the news about it for the past week, I figured why bother.

Even my 9 year old has been asking "What do they mean when the say we will lose an hour sleep? Do I have to go to bed earlier"?

I'm sure they said it last night as well and some news might be saying it this morning on TV. KLas reported it many times over and over. Even their dry humor about spring forward was worn out. Also, FOX 5 is not news.. it's pretend news by journalism school flunkies like the rest of the fox rupert murdoch crap.

Try using real news organizations instead of "vanity news organizations."

I predict almost NOBODY will come in late for work.

at least now I on the same time as Vegas......I LOVE not changing time......BUT ....come ON.......EVERY one in Las Vegas HAS to have known the change was coming....or did they just invent it this year.......

BITD when i was gainfuly employed, HR sent out an email to ALL employees, the posted it on damned near every wall in back of house.....and all the supervisors and managers made it a point to remind every employee....to the point thatI would walk into the room and the entire office would yell out "I KNOW, Time change"

Never had anyone forget.

This tiresome, confusing, ridiculous tradition makes no sense anymore in modern times. A couple years back, congress already extended DLS time by 3 weeks, but needs to just make it year round and permanent. It may have made sense at one time when we were primarily based on farming, but changing clocks twice a year helps no one these days.
