Nasa foam absorbs and radiates heat all of them. I have known of 3 couples that returned Tempurpedic because of heat issues.

We are on our second memory foam from Sam's club in 2 years and are getting ready to request another exchange as it's noticeably softer where we sleep even right when first getting in bed. We are not large people either. Hope to switch to latex next year. Foam by mail let's you pick your layers.

But to answer the question, we do not have a heat problem, which I find interesting because I do sleep hot ever since my son was born. I wonder if it's due to the wool mattress cover?

We love our Keetsa mattress. It's made of a material called bio-foam, an earth-friendly product that is similar to but different from the petroleum products typically used for memory foam mattresses. If bio-foam is not your thing, Keetsa has a latex option. The folks at Keetsa were great to deal with. I am sure if you had any problems, they would work out a friendly exchange. I cannot say enough good things about the company or its products. We are most satisfied customers. My hip pains completely disappeared after the switch to the Keetsa mattress.
