Your grapes look great. I was thinking about planting them (Thompson seedless) along our pool fence.

Von, your grapes look much better than mine right now. I have two varieties on established vines, but they don't get very big. How are you watering them, and are you using a fertilizer?

I fertilize my entire garden once a year. Throughout the year I add some slow release fertilizer pellets to the top of the soil. That's about it. The garden gets watered about 3 times a week(sprinkler system).

I made my first the season salsa with garden tomatoes and jalapenos yesterday. Pretty good, but a little too sweet because I roasted the jalapenos first. Store tomatoes don't taste anything like those that are fresh from the garden.

I'd post pics, but unfortunately, I do not own a camera or a smartphone anymore.

Some people think you can't grow anything here, but you definitely can. Some soil amendments and the proper irrigation do wonders. Even with this LV desert heat.
