I really like the mongolian beef at the Fiesta Rancho buffet. The rest of the food is average, but we go there occasionally just for the mb. Price is good - cheaper if you have a player's card.

cosmo and aria were a bust for me, great when they first opened, not even in the top 5 now and overpriced comparatively.
Best all you can eat sushi...sushi house goyemon on decatur and hacienda. check yelp for their reviews.

Also, we got booklets in the mail for 2 for 1 at Palms...they've made great improvements...on Monday and Thursday they have all you can eat crab legs...comes to $9 with the coupon per person. Can't beat it. Their shrimp fajitas when they have them out are on point too.

I don't like crab legs in the buffet, too messy and the people eat it as if they just crawled out of a cave!

Stuffing yourself at breakfast for $10.00 or thereabouts appears to be very easy in LV according to the posters on this board and other websites (MrBreakfast.com - All Breakfast All The Time among them), but I'll also be looking for some places with standout French Toast.

The M buffet which used to be one of the best in town, IMHO, was tried again the other day and seriously, I would never go back. That also goes for Caesars and Bellagio's. Both of them have cut back on their quality and selections. Wynn and Wicked Spoon at Cosmopolitan I have not been to lately but hopefully they are still very nice. Any of the other cheap buffets, I just don't get it. If I found out a date was taking me to one, I'm afraid I'd have to fake eatting. I just do not get excited and hungry for green jello, pasta with Ragu, salads made from bitter white head lettuce and greasy fried chicken still red in the center and institutional mashed potatoes with canned beef gravy.

The Sterling Brunch at Bally's that was previously mentioned is a wonderful buffet but you may not be aware the price is now $85.00 a person. I guess for that, it should be. I will not go to it, although I'm sure it's excellent and pay the price I would for a weeks groceries at home when I know I can never eat enough to justify that price.

As a local, I find the best and greatest meals at some of our local restaurants that are not buffets. Every Friday night, I have the most wonderful prime rib special for $14.99 at the Lake's Lounge. Many of my friends and neighbors go to a little known casino called Beeno's for wonderful 2 for the price of 1 burgers.

The M is terrible compared to a few years ago. Have not been back after last Memorial Day. We waited in line and read that one of the "specials" for the holiday was "bbq chicken wings" mmmmm.. Sounded good. It was just the regular fried chicken they always had without the breasts and thighs. What a BONUS...the rest of the food was poor quality compared to a year earlier. Have not been back but if it has gotten worse at the same pace they probably serve Top Ramen by now.

It looks like it's time for me to drive to the other side of town and check out M Resort's buffet once again.

I've tried Caesars' buffet before the transformation into the Bachannal and I was not impressed.

Good heavens, yes, the M buffet has sunk like a rock. They greedily made the weekends a "seafood" buffet and are charging north of 40 bucks a person. (Funny thing, a twofer coupon ends up per person what the regular 20 dollar price per used to be.) The quality and selection has gone down, and it's a real shame.
