The newly refurbished "Galaxy Luxury Plus" just got a huge makeover:

- Giant recliners that recline almost to the prone position (yet still have room for people to walk in the aisles)
- Beer and wine on tap
- Best of all..reserved seating! (we need more of this in Vegas, especially for Imax screenings)

If this wasn't 40 minutes from my house, I'd be there all the time.

Disclaimer: I am in no way affiliated with this theater, I'm just a movie-lover who goes to the cinema as often as he can afford to, and wishes Vegas had more reserved seating

^^ Nice. A buddy of mine used to pay for the private box-office rooms at Texas Station's theater which came with six recliners and a stocked mini bar. Not even sure if they still offer that option, though. I haven't been there for a long time.

It looks like the 6:00 showing of Iron Man is $11.00. That seems very reasonable, considering what you get

Oh wow, that sounds so great, just for the comfort and privacy -- I checked on the Texas Station website but see no mention of it anywhere -- maybe it is no more

This is the best movie theater ever. You cannot beat $11 tickets with that kind of seating. The reserved seating is the best. You can reserve your seats weeks online in advance and print the tickets out. The OP is right, there needs to be more of this.

Went this morning to see Star Trek. Just a fabulous time all around. It was like watching at home. It was just on a giant screen.

Is this the one in Green Valley Ranch ( Casino) or on E. Sunset Road?

It's a great theater! Plus you can get beer or wine and good quality hot dogs, with Chicago style fixings, if that's your thing. Popcorn is fresh and can be had with real butter! Love it!
