Well you know what Harry Truman once said about not standing the heat.
I really don't care for the heat despite how dry and less rigid it is than the humid regions. So I'm getting out of the kitchen and heading to my home north of San Diego this weekend for 70-degree weather and no more being couped up indoors with the refrigeration blowing non-stop.

A couple of days ago on the drive back home from the Strip, outside car themometer read 112 on the Strip and by the time I got home at the gate, the thermometer read 103. Give and take a couple degrees due to time difference but still I love my neighborhood with all the trees around. Definitely keeping the area cool.
