I see 39 listings that are normal sales with the above criteria.

The only variable not detailed is the map shape wich is east of Nellis between Lake Mead and Sunset,

If you allow REO and Shorts it only goes to 5.

I can't get to 39 evern if I allow Contingents and condos and townhouses.

Don't know what to tell you. I'm getting 39 results when I enter all the above criteria. No REOs, no shorts.

Now I am curious...if this is from the MLS How about hitting the statistics button and copying the data array?

If not how about a link to where you got it.

Or maybe copy a dozen MLS numbers?

I'm using the new Fusion GUI. Maybe that's what is causing the discrepancy. Also, most of them just have car ports, not garages. Out of all 39 I pulled, probably only 3 of them are decent. That one I posted that was in NLV seems like a really good deal but I'm sure it'll go for at least 115k.

I got the same result (5) on Fusion. But I have the garage at 1 or more. i also note that 2 of the 5 are gone.

What is fusion, a new front end for GLVARS? Is it available to the public, or only agents?

Yeah - A flash application to replace mlxchange. I am not a fan. Runs badly.

Spec one on these things should be html5...and nothing else.

If I bitch loud though they immediately want me to join the committee. That is work...

That's stupid considering that it won't run on anything mobile. Is this restricted to paying pros, or can the public use it?
