PLease help. I am in dire need of a handyman in Las Vegas that is both reliable and reasonable. I've used Angies List, Yelp, and the local newspapers and have had no luck finding anyone that will actually follow up on appointments or even return phone inquiries. The ones that do answer are sooo expensive I can't afford their rates.
I am looking for a guy that knows a little about everything and doesn't have to be a genius at any one thing in particular. I'm looking for someone that the tenant can call when they have a problem and they can take care of it. I don't live in Las Vegas now so it's even more difficult to find someone.
Can anyone recommend someone, please.
Also, can anyone recommend a good tree trimmer?
I know, I'm really in trouble here.

YOu are getting very close to describing a property manager. As soon as the guy has to figure out what needs fixing he crosses the line.

It is actually illegal to do that without a property manager certificate on an RE license.

You can stay legal with a home warranty and let the tenant deal with anything that does not reach the deductible level.
