I find it amusing to watch a couple of my supervisors (who are a both tools) hire the pretty gals over the people who would probably be the way better employees all in the hopes of getting laid. I'm sure they think strippers are into them too!

They usually put model bartender or model cocktail waitress as the job title anyway these days. For regular jobs who knows it's not like you will be told you didn't get the job because you are funny looking, right? lol I'm sure it doesn't hurt to be attractive though.
