We punch in and out at the time clock. There are signs everywhere telling us that we are required to clock in 15 minutes prior to our start time. Prior is underlined.

The Teamsters has tried many times to unionize Vegas drivers and have always been turned down by a very wide margin.

One also has to remember that Nevada is a Right to Work state meaning employers hire anybody to replace those who go out on strike. That's why there's never been a successful strike anywhere in the state.

they are unionized..... they gave away the minimum wage requirement at the bargaining table years ago....

EVERY cab company has been paying minimum wage for about 2 years now, and is compliance with the NLRB, including 2 years back wages.

Whittlesea has a "dead" drop as opposed to cashiers? Otherwise, if every driver comes in 15 minutes early, and out 30 minutes late, all figures on the trip sheets would be innacurate.

Yes, we enter our employee number into this machine and then stick the money into it, the machine counts it and spits out a receipt.
