Are we talking about cable TV or internet or telephone or all of the above?

I just got a new modem a while back for phone and internet. They just swapped out the one that was giving me trouble with a better one. No charge.

For TV I have a DVR that they've exchanged two different times...no charge.

But my wife has to have a separate internet line, so we've bought her two different modems. One from FRY's which sucked, and one from Office Depot which is much better.

I think Cisco is best.
