What two? There is no question to answer.

Red Rock CC is nice Summerlin. There is worse and there is better. And Red Rock CC varies widely...from very nice but pedestrian to a few exquisites. What interests you?

Extremely nice. Two beautiful golf courses, world-class tennis center and great views. Great proximity to Downtown Summerlin and Red Rock Canyon.

Both are very nice. It’s only a matter of finding the home and view you like best. Good luck, you’ve chosen a beautiful community.

The actual structure of Summerlin is roughly 3 pieces. The older north, the south and the west. However both the north and south have east and west sides.

The differentiation is much stronger by tract than by the Summerlin component. And you can have significant differences within a given Summerlin location. The Ridges for example has a section of large lot exquisite places with great views. It also has a set of relatively tight packed neighborhoods at 1/3 or 1/10 of the price of the top homes. And some of these places are custom homes where the sky is the limit.

Likewise Tournament Hills has homes running from about 1 million to 25 million. The other neighborhoods on TPC range from the million level down to a few condos at the 200,000 level.

The new North tract east of 215 is relatively moderately priced. But some of the new stuff in the south is priced way high. I personally am leery of the far south as the mix is too rich...relatively small home tracts interspersed with premium mature and then townhomes and such.

I believe the poster is referring to the parts of Red Rock Country Club that are west and east of Red Rock Ranch Road.
