I haven't heard of any. Anyone?

My daughter likes to walk. She's 21, petite, and not very street smart. I have always strongly discouraged her from going anywhere on foot, but sometimes she still does.

I thought that might be it. Criminals avoid those who might hurt them. Disgusting.

Somebody's been watching too much Fox News hysteria. This is not an issue to be worried about.

I agree. Some of the videos were over 5 years old on YouTube, World Star, Ebaum's World and Facebook. All of a sudden the media is taking notice.
