Oddly enough, if you have willpower, buffets can be a great place to eat healthy. I've found most buffets have a good variety of cooked veggies. Also, they have great salad bars. You just need to stay away from the fried foods, deserts and limit it to one plate. Have one slice of roast turkey, a few veggies and a nice salad.

I've found that, too. I like the Mongolian stir-fry that is at many of them. GVR has a really good sea bass, and the salad bar is always fresh and good.

I am on a low (or lower) carb diet at the moment, so a salad, piece of prime rib and fresh shrimp are normally on my dinner menu.

Healthy restaurants in Las Vegas? Enjoy your own kitchen where you decide on the best grocery products for you and your family. Skip the corporate chain restaurants serving their corporate goo, fat, salt, processed carbs, chemicals and germs.

Preparing healthy meals at home with family and friends is always the best way to go; plus it is always more entertaining and in many cases less expensive.
