I haven't stayed at the other two, but I love Monte Carlo. The pool area, with the lazy river and wave machine are a lot of fun. I also like the Pub there. I like it's location because you are connected to the free tram that goes as far north as the Bellagio, and it's not too far a walk to Excalibur, where you can connect to that free tram, which takes you as far south as Mandalay Bay.

For the interior space - shopping, restaurants, casino, MGM is much nicer.

I changed my mind. PH is great for the Miracle Mile Mall and I love the Heart Bar and some other things, but if I went again I'd stay at the Cosmo.

You can get a room with a neat balcony/view for less than those prices you quoted.

And it's very shiny, lol.

The area around PH and Cosmo is very safe to walk around, imo.

The P-Ho is great when there's a good rate. I haven't stayed there in a few years, but I think their offers haven't been quite as good since Caesars bought them...

I paid too much just walking in, but I've since seen better rates online.

I would go to Cosmo next time if there was a next time for me.

I would pick the MGM not only for the amenities the resort provides but for the great location. The Tropicana, Mandalay Bay, NY/NY, Luxor and the Excalibur are a stone's throw away. Viva Las Vegas!

-Cheers.
