No, I'm not making this up. When you've been in medicine for a while, you encounter things.

Can you tell me which local judge is qualified to make the decision as to whether this patient could enter into a legal contract with another consenting adult? Does it have to be a man, or a woman? Who makes the rules? The local judge that was just indicted?

What was on his or her birth certificate, it had to say either male or female.
Did this individual have operations to make these changes?

All states, being bound by the constitution, will have to allow gay marriage.
It's a constitutionally protected right.

If you care so much about it, I'd suggest moving to Africa. You can even participate in public executions like a good christian.

You are really not listening. This person was born neither male nor female. It may be possible to make some genetic determination but in some people even those are equivocal.

Sex is a variable where you may get one, two or none or a combination.

A state form has no impact. It is right or wrong or maybe both.

Thanks, I read the post over again, I get it now. But, how often does this happen?

With all due respect, I don't think someone who identifies himself as an extreme atheist is in a position to decide what does and does not make a person a "good" christian. Our President who claims to be a constitutional scholar has made a mockery of "our constitutional rights".

"Religious" knowledge doesn't qualify you to decide who is and is not a "good" christian when you are an atheist. I think you were the one who introduced religion to the thread.
