Beautiful area and definitely worth the membership which entitles the member entry to the Springs Preserve and Nevada State Museum. Now if they can finish up the Waterworks Museum and the Railroad Cottages it will be even better, more attractions. Desert Sol is also a brand new attraction at the Springs Preserve. A new exhibit featuring Machines in Motion by Leonardo da Vinci is nice. Nevada State Museum is great as well with their permanent and temporary exhibits. Both facilities, the Springs Preserve and Nevada State Museum complement each other well and makes the visit to the area worthwhile.

I was just there on Sunday. It's beautiful and definitely worth checking out. We went to the da Vinci exhibit and visited the solar house and gardens.

Just keep in mind when visiting, the Springs Preserve is still on Winter Schedule while the Nevada State Museum is open Thursday to Monday and 'till 6PM.
