Its kind of amazing people standing in that long line to pay $55 each, but no one I know who has gone has said it was not worth it.

Very very good when I went a few months ago. I hear buffets change in quality every so often so take that with a grain of salt. It was probably the best buffet of the casino ones I've had but I've yet to do Sterling Brunch or Wicked Spoon yet.

It's very bad and I swore I would never go back. Then I was treated to it by a guest. Even worse this time with many of the prior offerings removed. Not at all worth the money. Wicked Spoon and Wynn much better. Sterling Brunch is amazing but it is $90 and only a brunch.

I think I read somewhere that the Sterling brunch went away. The Bacchanal at Caesars is okay, but for the money, I'd rather do a steakhouse or something.

Surprisingly enough, the LVH has a respectable brunch buffet. I have not been to the Wicked Spoon yet.

From the looks of the Bally's website, they not only got rid of Sterling Brunch, they have closed their steakhouse and are renovating. Perhaps Sterling will be back when the steakhouse reopens. I don't have any contacts there, so I can't ask.

Sterling Brunch aside, Bally's never had any restaurants that I'd visit (why eat at Bally's when I could go to Bouchon, Andre's or Robuchon?) They really need to contract with one of the celebrity chefs and install a flagship restaurant. This "BLT Steak" restaurant doesn't look to be anything special -- not when Gordon Ramsay Steak and Carnevino are both within walking distance of Bally's.

Who knows? I'm just glad I visited Sterling a few dozen times while it was open.

BLT Steak will have the sterling brunch (not sure if it'll be there when they open, but eventually they will have it - which of course can change...).

Its a temporary close for remodeling. Sterling will be back later this year.
