Don't have any friends in Vegas. Even if I did, wouldn't trust em especially since I bet thousands.

I know a guy that goes to State Line once or twice a week. EVERY WEEK. He lives in Redlands. He bets at the sports book in the Primm Valley Casino. While he bets his wife shops at the outlets. He always gets free rooms and he says he saves money by not going to Las Vegas to bet. At times he makes the 35 minute drive to Las Vegas after he's done at Primm for a good steak dinner or for entertainment or he returns home on the same day in the late evening. State Line is not Las Vegas but it works very well for him and his wife. Money is green wherever you go I suppose.

-Cheers.

Heck, I'll do it. I have the time and live VERY close to a good sports book. I've been on these boards for years and a few thousand is not a big deal to me. I'll undergo a credit check and background check if you want. Others on this board can vouch for who I am in real life. I'll only take a small percentage if you win. Nothing if you don't. Not kidding.

In the end, you'll save money by not moving... and I'll make a few bucks (if you're really that good).

PM me if interested in hammering out details.

The scenario of having a person not eligilble to place a bet engage the help of someone else to place the bet on their behalf seems highly illegal to me. Am I mistaken?

OP you're the guy that can't get a dump because his credit is so poor right? You're the one that's so good at the book that you can't afford a cheap room and sleep in your car instead right?

You've already lost. Come to Vegas and within three months your car will be gone and you'll be living in the tunnels.

It is illegal to proxy bet for another person. The only legal exception are putting in entries, but not money, for contests. It happens but it is not cheap, going rate is 5-10% of winning wagers go to proxy bettor.

Living in Nevada is a good idea, but really best option is to live in another country. Best betting options are offshore and you can do them with minimal hassles from Mexico and Canada or even better in most of Europe.

I do stop by Primm often when I'm too tired to drive to Vegas. But it's a dump and the employees suck. But hey they give me free room and meals so not all that bad.

I have been burned by offshore as well. Never again. You ever try looking for a local bookie in SoCal? Gotta be a dime a dozen.
