Is there any apartments that are SAFE (my budget is about 800-900 a month) and that I would only have to pay electricity and gas? Most apartments I am finding, I have to pay gas, electricity, rent, water, garbage and I'm just like ahhhhhhh D:

It's not a stupid question, just incorrectly phrased. No, there are no apartments where you only pay for electricity and gas. You have to pay rent at all of them.

There are many that include free wi-fi, cable, etc. They should not be billing you for water/sewer/trash. That's a ripoff unless you are renting a single family home.

I ran into apts that charge water. Didn't think it was right because who knows what you are really using. Would be hard to dispute. No cap on it either.
But I was able to buy so I didn't have to deal with that.
Was surprised how expensive the security (nonrefundable & not put towards rent that the larger companies
Were charging).
