Women's restrooms in upper end establishments sometimes have attendants....a throwback to the old days, when you could go in and on the counter there would be hand lotion, mints, purfume, hairspray, feminine hygiene products, maybe a lipstick or powder (yuck....), (all purchased at the attendant's expense) and she would probably have a sewing kit to fix your hem, or help you get a stain off your dress, stuff like that.

Since all women's primary bathroom functions are performed behind closed doors in the stall, they don't creep me out at all. I don't avail myself of their services, and get my own towel.

I understand that there's a kind of "urinal etiquette" in men's rooms and if these attendants are there watching you watering the grass, then yes, I would be creeped out.

YES, they creeper ones DO watch you water the grass! They closely watch your every move.
