Off The Vegas Strip
You're missing the point. No one is against clean bathrooms. But they don't need to be there 24/7 to keep them clean. Even 30 minutes intervals would be enough. But these f-ers are there 24/7, most of the time not cleaning but just creeping around. I'm talking about top-tier properties: Aria, Wynn, Venetian, Bellagio, etc.

Does it not occur to properties management that having them there 24/7 is creeping out the guests?

No, I am not missing the point and have you stayed in the casino toilet 24/7. Yes I am being sarcastic!

What about the dimwit casino porters that mop right over your shoes while your taking a leak or in the stall doing your business.

I can't believe this has to be explained over and over to people here who simply don't get it:

"Bathroom attendant" = does NOT clean the toilets! He just hovers over you with a paper towel while you wash your hands, waiting to hand it to you before you can grab one for yourself. He may have some gum/cologne on the counter, hoping you'll give him tips for his useless service. How do you know he doesn't clean the toilets? BECAUSE HE'S WEARING A SUIT!

Janitorial staff = The real workers who scrub the filth on a regular basis. Not dressed up. They are not there all the time, so you mistakenly think the attendant is the one doing the dirty work. How do you know they are the true workers? Because often they are actually doing the dirty work at the very same time the vested creeper is hitting you up for cash at the sinks.

Two separate jobs... separate people. Not the same thing.

Because the hotels have 2 purposes for them:

1 - to keep idiots and slobs who don't care from trashing them

2 - to keep them clean!

I hope that isn't too difficult for you to understand.

That would be great if the bathroom attendant actually cleaned. But they don't. It appears to me that some people are wearing blinders. They believe the attendants do something other than hand out paper towels for money. So that must be the reality.

I have no idea what casinos you patronage but they're none that I know of in Vegas - and I've lived here 23 years.

One complaint about a porter not doing his or her job and they're out the door. There are literally thousands lined up to take their place.

Then you need to get out more. I just saw this twice at two different casinos in the last week alone! Rose. Rabbit. Lie. (Cosmopolitan) and Chateau (Paris).

And by the way, Scoop knows what he's talking about. He works right there on the Strip!

I agree. I see this all the time where I work. My "employee bathroom" is a public bathroom in the casino. Some days, the restroom janitor just stands around playing on his phone for two hours or more each day. He's there when I use the restroom on my break. He's still there a few hours later.

My casino does not employ creepy suit-wearing, cologne-spraying, paper-towel-handing attendants. Some posters here just don't seem to get the fact that there's a difference between a janitor and an attendant. I do not understand for the life of me why this is so hard for some people to wrap their heads around.
