I went to see RTRV last night. The LVH is now the Westgate. Letters came down off the sign, the bronze Elvis statue is now inside, all LVH vehicles were re-lettered, name tags redone. All in one day.

Westgate buying LVH appears to be great news!
They are planning on a multi-million dollar renovation to a property that badly needs it. I wish Westgate the best of luck!

I will be seeing RTRV sometime this weekend. Probably Sunday. Looking forward to it. I bought the tickets on Groupon and now I guess I need to use them before the show is axed.

Other than the golf cart shuttle service to the Convention Center he isn't bringing anything new to the market. It will be interesting to see if it works. Plus he has timeshare pipeline however he only is going to have 200 rooms in the beginning.

Since they weren't even allowed to call it the 'Hilton' anymore, I think it's a good thing that they're getting rid of the LVH initials.

Another Off Strip casino that will always have trouble. Until they provide fast and frequent transportation from Las Vegas Blvd South to their front door, they will continue to suffer less than sterling revenue. Not even locals go there!
