Which one of these communities have a cummunity lake inside of it?

More noticeable here since many of tract homes have the garage right in the front of the house although there are now tract homes in Spring Valley where the garage is on the side of the house. I'll take some photos of it one of these days.

Everybody has their own opinions, and I understand that. Our neighborhood up here in Reno does no allow parking on the streets, and to me, it looks much nicer.

Sure and suburbia generally speaking especially here in Clark County, neighborhoods are devoid of people so in other words even less people on the streets since they will enter their homes through the garage door. Hahaha ghost town but hey to each his own.

OP, there is no overnight parking allowed on my streets. We are in a guard gated community with HOA fees ~150/month. Houses will be now be more than 300K though. We bought 4 years ago at about that price.

PM me if you want more info on where.

NW..our HOA has policy that car cant be parked on street for more than 48hrs . not sure if it is actively enforced without a neighbor complaint, but I have noticed a rental property that the occupants will move their cars around after 48hrs so no one car is on the street for more than that

My mother in law's neighborhood HOA does not allow on-street parking at all. Zero tolerance. They don't even want people parking in driveways. Put the car in the garage. But that's how the people who live there want it. And anyone who doesn't like that scheme isn't going to move to that neighborhood.

(Small neighborhood, perhaps 40 houses. The HOA board consists of five residents who have a monthly meeting at one of the houses in the neighborhood.)

I live in a neighborhood with a far more laissez faire HOA. And frankly, I'd prefer it if people didn't park in the streets. I think it looks common.
