We walked around the neighborhood and watched all the fireworks going off. Then we got rained out before the main event started so we went home and watched the lightening show from there. When it rains it pours in the Mojave desert. Another thing we saw were multiple drones being flown around capturing all the fireworks and lightening. Anyone else see that where you were?

Watched it from a 737 this year. Even though it was 11pm, there were still lots of "weekend pyromaniacs" doing their thing all over the valley. The neighborhood pyros put on a better show than the city.

Went to Red Rock casino for their fireworks show. Rained on and off while there. But stopped for the short fireworks show. Started raining again right after.

I stood right in front of my door and watched the Stratosphere fireworks. Best part was the rain...felt sooo good.

Watched the Stratosphere show from my office. Clear view of the tower and parking garage.

Just parked the car in the desert (off of Via Inspirada) with a few dozen others and watched fireworks (and lightning) all over the valley.

We went to the GVR pool. Nice buffet and open bar outside. We alternated between watching the show over the strip and the show that GVR put on. I think GVRs was a little nicer show, at least in quantity, but they had some technical difficulties in timing it with the music and had to start over

But the rain stayed away until about 10 minutes after the show ended, which was fine, as we were already inside. I had forgotten what rain looked and smelled like here!

I went to the free concert at Fremont Street Experience. I got completely soaked when the rain came through. The crowd was pretty young but they didn't let the rain dampen the show at all.

Our neighbors put on an illegal fireworks aerial display this year. It was impressive. My wife was screaming that they would set our house on fire! LOL...
