That'd be a start, at least.

They are more interested in having a "world class arena" at UNLV more than anything else.

Yeah sure our officials really do have our best interest in mind and Lake Meads water is not going down fast enough!

The State of California provide agricultural products for the United States and the world. California agricultural industry is one of the biggest in the nation, federal government will not allow for CA to lose its share of the precious water coming from the Colorado River.

As far as the golf course, whether the area builds one or two, it's a waste of water.

You know local officials were discussing hydroponics not long ago. They were even thinking the best area for it is the vacant lot at Desert Breeze Park in Spring Valley. Hahahaha our local officials truly working very hard......... to use up whatever little water we have. Oh it's only going to use minimal water.

Well California watch out!

Some of the fairways in Sun City fill up three or four feet deep in bad storms. You can do the same thing with walking trails and avoid the grass but you can have problems getting the terrain to stay in place. Bare ground is easily cut in the desert and you suddenly find your asphalt path with two feet of drop off on each side. Gravel paths vanish.

The Mojave Desert has been around longer than all generations of your family. It will be fine without your kakameme water solution and especially without a golf course. As a matter of fact, with all the golf courses in Summerlin and all of the green grass in the residential areas of Summerlin, the area is one of the biggest water wasters in Clark County.

While the rest of Clark County is tearing up their front yard and removing turf, Summerlin is putting up golf courses and the community won't allow artificial turf on the front yard in the residential areas.
