When I'm in a Las Vegas bar, I'm pretty much it for the U of U crowd. Exceptions would be when the UTES are in town for playoffs.

I know the feeling. Even at the sports books unless they're playing a top 25 team. Have friends in from out of town and they want to go to a sports bar and watch the game, figured it would be nice to find one with a Utah crowd.

Check with the school's alumni association, they usually organize the effort to get the word out about school-specific bars or watch parties.

My guess though is U of U is not much of an effort because I represent a Pac12 school's alumni group in Denver and when I invited the U of U's local leader to join us for a joint watch party at our bar he said most of the alumni are "members" so they don't go to bars and I knew what he meant. So I found out around here when they do a watch party its at someone's home.
