The professionals who handle homeowner’s sprawling estates can make upwards
of $200,000, but the work isn’t for the faint of heart.

(I realize you probably don't know these answers. But the video is making this look like a dream job when we both know what it really entails.)

I know a person in Los Angeles who takes care of an actor's home (I'm not sure exactly what his role is, whether just a worker on the estate or the actual manager)...

He says he gets paid pretty good and his wife works there too, when the actor takes residence at the home, he's relived of duty.

I would do that! And for a lot less than 200K!

And that is exactly what I wrong with wages in America(specifically La Vegas). There is always someone that will do a job for a cheaper rate.

Not if you're Las Vegas Paving, they bid highest and still get the job awarded to them!

And then they screw it up three times and have to repave each time.

Las Vegas Paving: "We lay asphalt. Then we rip it up three months later and repave. Pave. Repair. Repave." Why has no city commissioner in any place I have lived ever heard of a performance bond?

It is best to allow the top 2 layers to cure. Then pave the final layer in two weeks.
