Seems like a plane from New York arriving at McCarran has been stopped fearing Ebola on board.

A spokesperson for McCarran International Airport said the symptoms of a passenger on a flight from New York who recently traveled in Africa do not meet the criteria for Ebola, despite the quarantine of a plane on the tarmac this morning.

Can someone explain how it is that they determined the passenger does not have Ebola? Do they have a quick test kit for Ebola?

I believe the story is the lady had been in Africa...but not the Ebola part. So no more likelihood than say Europe.
