Being a nightshifter, and loving Asian food, I head for Chinatown, which has five 24-hour restaurants to choose from, one Korean, one Chinese, 3 Vietnamese. Last Thursday morning, around 3am, I ate at Pho Little Saigon which has both a Vietnamese and Chinese menu.

Never tried a bowl of Udon before, and I'll be back next week for another bowl! Delicious!

Jinja, a Japanese restaurant, is also good, but only open to 3am!

This is a great thread! Being new, all the ones I know about are already on the list, so I have nothing to add. Just wanted to say thanks.

I have a hard enough time pronouncing their names, except Pho Little Saigon, which I went to last Thursday, located at the corner of Valley View & Spring Mountain, in that shopping center with this Thai Restaurant and Bar right at the corner.

If you go up the street, late night, and see lots of car around a particular restaurant, then its open. The other Vietnamese restaurant is further west on Spring Mountain, about 3-4 blocks on the right side of the street. You'll see people sitting inside!

Nice thing about Pho Little Saigon is it has a dual menu, both Vietnamese and Chinese, and they have the pictures of the dishes on the walls with their numbers for ordering.

I discovered these through Yelp! On their site, plug in 24 hour eateries in Las Vegas!

Pho is pronounced fuh, I believe, and think it just means food. Keeping that in mind, my favorite is Pho Kim Long.

You're gonna laugh....but, one of the best, and supposedly the cleanest, restaurants in town is, and has been for 50 years or more, Jerry's Nugget. The original owner was a clean freak, and I hear they've continued his policies. Pretty sure it's a 24 hour restaurant too. They give you large portions, and have outstanding desserts ...pies, cakes, etc. The food has always been very good there. A little like home cooked. Great place for breakfast, lunch, or dinner, and highly underrated because so many new people aren't aware of it.

I know that's not right because there are at least two Korean restaurants open 24 hours. One is the renamed Lee's BBQ in the Koreatown Mall (unless you want to argue that it isn't in Chinatown, being at the intersection of Rainbow and Spring Mountain). The other is Dae Jang Keum Korean BBQ & Tofu. There are plenty of other restaurants along the Spring Mountain corridor open until 3AM, 4AM, 5AM, and 6AM.

Lakes Lounge is open 24 hours, though you might have to eat in the bar (and deal with the smoke) instead of the dining room for late nite dining.
