I am planning on visiting Henderson NV in March. What other areas would be nice to visit while I'm there? Can someone give me some input about jobs. I 've done mostly temporary work in the office field CSR, Call center, Data entry and Receptionist work. But mostly Call center work and Customer Service reprensentative inbound calling. I am planning on moving there but I need to to do more research with High schools, middle schools and that State in general. If you can please keep me posted on how is the ratings with the jobs there I would really appeciate it.

Thanks In Advance

Default Im from chicago and can help ya

Hi,
Im in the northwest burbs of Chicago. My wife and I are moving to Henderson in about 5 months. I was out in the Vegas area in July and again last month to look for and pick out a home. I have a great realtor that showed me all over las vegas. My price range was up to $270,000. I have received a lot of advice from great people on this site and I would be more than happy to help you as far as homes are concerned.I do not have school age children so I can not comment on schools. Let me know if there is anything I can help you with.

Her field of work won't support that. Call center, receptionist etc = $12 an hour... Unless she has a decent amount saved...

I made an offer yesterday for a house in the Mesa's. Should hear something in the next hour or so. Coming out tomorrow to hopefully close the deal.

Congrats.

The town of Summerlin is fantastic. A lot of snooty luxury car drivers around.

I think schools are going to be the major deciding factor for the OP. Seriously, finding a home in her price range in an area with good schools (all relative since NV is so far at the bottom of the heap nationally) will be quite a challenge.

She hasn't given us her price range yet... She could have sold a house elsewhere and have half a mil..
