They are good!!

I've never gotten sick from eating a tenderloin.

Me neither. Getting food poisoning from a pork loin product would be a very remote possibility.

What do you put on the completed sandwich it is breaded?

Unfortunately, the ONLY pork tenderloin sandwich that I had was at Maid-Rite.

As stated. jalapeno pepper slices and white (usually mozzarella) cheese. That's all I want on them. And yes, it's breaded.

Yes, its really just a German (or European, like Hungary as stated) food ... so any German restaurant would have it ...hopefully there is at least one german restaurant in Vegas! Its a schnitzel.

The problem is that its probably called 'pork tenderloin' in Iowa, everywhere else its called "schnitzel" at least, it would be in Chicago

or you could drive down to AZ and find it at Culvers

Called breaded tenderloin in Indiana and hard to find elsewhere.
Waiter at Hash House told me it was just like the midwest....ha, I was so not impressed.
I do make it like mentioned above...only I use very finely crumbled cracker crumbs for the final
coating.

Yeah, when I heard tenderloin, I was thinking of a stuffed pork chop. I initially didn't realize he wanted it pounded flat (schnitzelized?)

My wife found this for all of us who miss tenderloins. I've been there yet, but I'll write a review after I try one.
